Yale Athletics Announces Video Streaming Partnership with Stretch Internet
NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The Yale University
Athletic Department will team up with Stretch Internet to provide
live, streaming video for home contests in five varsity sports:
men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and
women’s ice hockey, and volleyball. Audio for the contests
will be provided by WYBC, Yale’s student radio station.
Access to each individual contest through Stretch Internet costs
$6.95 per event. Viewers can also purchase an individual season
pass for $29.95 per sport or an all-inclusive season pass, which
grants viewers access to every available broadcast in all five
sports, for $49.95.
The Yale Athletic Department also provides live stats for home
events. Individual links to both streaming video and live stats can
be found on each team’s schedule page.
