A 3,000-square-foot facility that was part of the Ingalls Rink renovation project for the Yale University Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey Teams.
This facility includes:
- 5 PowerLift Performance Stations
- 5 UCS Plyo Box Systems
- 5 TotalPrep Russian Boxes
- 5 Slideboards
- 3 Black Iron Poles Apart Dumbbell Systems
- 12 Spin Bikes
- 1 Woodway Skating Treadmill
There are also a custom-designed medicine ball wall, inlaid platforms, speed ladders, bounding lines and emblems.
