Information for Agents

In order to protect the NCAA eligibility of current student-athletes, the department of athletics requires all agents to adhere to the following process:

1. Complete Yale’s Registration Form for Agents: Click here for Yale's form for agents.
2. Comply with NCAA Rules regarding contact, negotiations and impermissible benefits when interacting with current student-athletes. Please familiarize yourself with these rules. Click here for a .pdf of the NCAA rules for agents.
3. Refrain from contacting a student-athlete until the compliance office provides you with written permission to do so.
4. Respect the wishes of a student-athlete or coach regarding interaction with a current student-athlete during his or her enrollment at Yale.
