The Bulldogs will follow in the footsteps of Lewis and Clark, traveling to Oregon for six days of sailing.</description>

Stan Honey &#x2019;78 was named Rolex Yachtsman of the Year for his success as navigator aboard a 32-meter-long trimaran that set the world record for fastest circumnavigation of the globe in March 2010.</description>

While organizers held out until Wednesday to make the decision, the forecast of snow and cold temperatures for the weekend eventually forced the cancellation of the event. While disappointing, the Bulldogs will take the extra week to prepare, at least mentally and strategically, for the spring season.</description>
