Notes: Three career double-doubles… Played for Israel in the summer of 2011 at the Under-20 European Championships. Appeared in six games (he missed the last two games with a minor injury) at the championships and averaged 12.3 points and 5.7 rebounds in nearly 30 minutes per game. Spent three weeks training with the Israel team and took part in the team's preparation tour through Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia.
2012-13: Was slowed after having back surgery in the summer of 2012… Scored in double figures in four games… Scored 16 points on 6-of-8 shooting from the field at Iowa State… Played in front of numerous family and friends at Saint Mary’s.
2011-12: Started all 29 games… Third on team in rebounding (5.1 rpg.) and fourth in scoring (7.7 ppg.)… Finished sixth in the Ivy League in free throw percentage (.798, 75-of-94)… Posted back-to-back double-doubles against Seton Hall (14 points, 13 rebounds) and Army (11 points, 10 rebounds).
2010-11: Finished fifth on the team in scoring (7.2 rpg.) and second in rebounding (4.5 rpg.)... Shot 55.6 percent from the field... Started all 14 Ivy games... Two-time Ivy League Rookie of the Week selection... Made his first career start against Albany and responded with 10 points... Posted his first double-double (12 points, 10 rebounds) at Harvard... Recipient of the John C. Cobb Award as Yale's rookie of the year... Scored in double figures in five of the last eight games of the season.
Off the Court: Analyst, Global Industrials Group at Barclays Investment Bank, New York, NY and built graphs, models, research profiles, and industry trend pages for 12 potential acquisition targets with average deal size of $500 M, contributed financial analysis recommending delayed sale for an auto manufacturing sell-side M&A deal resulting in expected savings of $200 M and completed valuation and modeling for pitch books and deals (summer 2013)…Program Coordinator for Yale Office of Sustainability and audited dining hall waste of residential college, determined that students using dining trays had twice as much food waste, presented data to Yale Dining Services, led to implementation of “trayless” dining halls, analyzed residential trash areas, recommended conservation practices for students and faculty, resulted in application of single stream recycling and an estimated 20% increase in recycling and spearheaded marketing campaign of strategically placed signs reminding students of simple energy saving tips (2011–2012)…Head of Finance and Research for Project Bright, an organization that trains students to design and install solar systems for campus…Volunteer with Smilow Cancer Center and Yale Athletics Youth Day…Dual citizen of Israel and USA…Conversational in Hebrew
