NEW HAVEN, Conn. -
The Yale men's fencing team kicks off their season of team competition this Sunday in Waltham, Mass. at the Brandeis Invitational. The team will begin competition at 9 a.m.
Nine Yale fencers, making up three squads by weapon, will travel to face teams from Boston College, Saint John's, Brandeis and MIT. Each fencer will fence all three members of the opposing team in his weapon class. Each weapon squad will thus fence nine bouts. The winner is determined by the total twenty-seven bouts.
