Notes: Dan Kallaugher, who has overcome numerous injuries, has been one of the nation's premier face-off midfielders.

At Yale 2005: Kallaugher (2-6-8 for season) was team MVP, the No. 2 faceoff man in the nation (.665) and a 2005 second-team All-Ivy selection. His 8.36 ground balls per game led the nation and were over twice as many as any other Ivy Leaguer. Kallaugher, who won 149 of 224 draws, scooped up 92 ground balls and had goals against Penn and Quinnipiac in consecutive games. He earned Ivy Player of the Week honors twice, including the week of the Brown game when he won 21 of 27 faceoffs and had 16 ground balls. 2004: Injuries limited Kallaugher to just three games. He had three assists, including a pair against Army, and won 28 of 56 (.500) faceoffs with 11 ground balls. 2003: Kallaugher took the most faceoffs on the team (302), winning 173 to place 14th in country in faceoff win percentage (.573). He played in all 14 games, scoring both of his goals in 15-9 win vs. Lehigh. He led the team in ground balls (96) and was sixth in the country in ground balls per game (6.86). At McDonogh School: Kallaugher was on the lacrosse and swimming teams for four years, and captained the swim team. He was selected as a 2002 all-league, all-metro for lacrosse, and was the MVP of the Maryland All-Star game. Personal: Kallaugher was born in Brighton, England, on May 9, 1984, to Kevin and Susan Kallaugher. His father is a political cartoonist. At the age of 16, Kallaugher made the English national lacrosse team and competed in the European Championships in Wales. He is a political science major and a member of Davenport College who is interested in becoming a veterinarian.
