2009 Schedule Is Official

The 2009 Yale men's lacrosse schedule became official today and it includes five teams that finished in the 2008 national rankings, including three that competed in the NCAA Tournament.

Last spring's top ranked team, Duke, hosts the Blue on March 8 at Durham, N.C., at 1 p.m. Yale hosts Maryland (5th), Cornell (7th) and Princeton (20th) while playing Brown (13th) on the road. The Blue Devils, who made it to the final four, Big Red and Terrapins all played in the NCAAs.

The Elis open the 2009 campaign by traveling to Worcester, Mass., to take on Holy Cross on Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. The Bulldogs' home opener is March 5 night game at Reese Stadium against Providence.
