AMHERST, Mass. - It's been a memorable year for the Yale men's squash team, and as of Sunday - with the completion of the CSA Individual Championships - that year is officially in the books. The Bulldogs finished up play Saturday and Sunday, and while the trip to Amherst proved a quiet one for the Yale squad, the Elis will move into 2012-2013 with much to be proud of.
The Elis struggled this weekend in Western Massachusetts, though sophomore Neil Martin battled his way through two rounds in the Molloy Division draw. Robert Berner also won his first consolation match.
Perhaps the most intriguing matchup of the weekend was a rematch between John Roberts and Trinity's Johan Detter in the consolation bracket. Detter avanged his streak-busting loss to Roberts in the Yale v. Trinity match in January.
Harvard's Ali Farag was the evenetual champion of the 'A' division, while the Bantams' Vishrato Kolian grabbed the title in the 'B' division.
