NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Junior Kenneth Chan, who played at the top spot for most of the season for the No. 6 Yale men's squash team, was selected First Team All-Ivy by a vote of the Ivy League's coaches. Chan posted an 8-6 record during the regular season, and was an integral part of the Bulldog squad that rose as high as No. 1 in the nation at points this season.
Chan, a native of Singapore, took down Cornell's Alex Domenick in the first round of the CSA Individual Championships before falling in the second to the No. 2 seed, Columbia's Ramit Tandon.
The honor marks the third-straight All-Ivy honor for Chan, who was named a Second Team All-American last year. The Berkeley College resident and his classmates Hywel Robinson and Richard Dodd give the Bulldogs a strong, experienced trio at the top of the ladder heading into the 2012-13 season.
