No. 4 Bulldogs Sweep No. 18 Brown
Robinson Wins Third in a Row
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Wednesday the No. 4-ranked Yale men's squash team handed No. 18 Brown a 9-0 loss in the Brady Squash Center. With the win, the Bulldogs move to 10-2 and 4-1 in the Ivy League.
The result came quickly, with five of the nine matches over in three games. From top to bottom, the Bulldogs got wins from senior Kenneth Chan, senior captain Hywel Robinson, senior Richard Dodd, junior Neil Martin, freshman Sam Fenwick, freshman Zachary Leman, junior Eric Caine, freshman Peter Dewire and sophomore Chris Bradshaw. Bradshaw was playing in just his second match for Yale and earned his first win, defeating Ross Freiman-Mendel in four games. Yale's top three players (Chan, Robinson and Dodd) all won for the second consecutive match, with Robinson extending his personal streak to three.
Yale will host No. 8 Dartmouth Friday at 12 p.m. in the Bulldogs' last home match of the regular season.
