Yale Falls to Harvard, Princeton

Cambridge, MA - The Yale men's swim team finished up competition against Harvard and Yale today. Harvard had 248 points to Yale's 105 points. Princeton slipped past Yale, 254 to 99. Harvard triumphed over Princeton, 193 to 160.

The Yale "A" team of Geof Zann '07, Colin O'Brady '06, Matt Thunell '07, and Kieran Locke `06 captured fifth in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:34.26.

In the 400 IM, Dennen McCloskey '09 came in sixth in 4:01.69.

Alex Righi '09 swam to first place in the 100 free, capturing the win in 44.34.

Zann was third in the 200 back in 1:51.01. McCloskey came in sixth in the event in 1:51.62.

Chris Pool '09 was sixth in the 100 fly with a time of 50.60.

In the 500 free, Andrew Foss '07 was third, clocking in at 4:33.89.

In the 3 meter dive, Douglas Scott '08 captured third place with a score of 285.60.

In the 400 free relay, the Yale "A" team of Pool, Foss, Locke and Righi came in third place in 3:04.20.

The Bulldogs return to action on Sat., Feb. 18, at Brown in Providence, RI.
