Lichtenstein Places Third in Three-Meter Diving at NCAA Zone A Diving Championships

Buffalo, NY - Senior Jeffrey Lichtenstein placed third in the three-meter diving at the 2008 NCAA Zone A Diving Championships Friday at the Alumni Arena Natatorium.

After scoring a 374.80 in the preliminary round, Lichtenstein scored a 341.80 in the final round for a total score of 716.60.

Pittsburgh's Alex Volovetski and Jeremy Stultz were the only competitors to finish above Lichtenstein in the competition. Volovetski had a total score of 771.55 and Stultz had a total score of 738.40 in the 3-meter diving.
