Bulldogs Cruise Past Army, 6-1

The Yale men's tennis team lost only one match en route to a 6-1 victory over Army at Cullman Courts on Friday afternoon. Ryan Murphy lead the way with at the No. 1 singles spot, wih a 6-1, 6-0 win over Army's John Sabia. The Bulldogs improve to 2-1 on the season.
Andrew Rosenfeld and Rowan Reynolds won the No.1 doubles match, with an 8-4 victory over Army's Rafael Albornoz and John Sabia. Brandon Wai and Johnny Lu were both straight set winners in singles competition for the Bulldogs, while Rosenfeld won his singles match, 7-5, 6-7, 6-3, over Albornoz.
The Bulldogs return to action next Saturday, February 28, at Navy, for a 12 p.m. start.
