Wai Competes in USC Fall Invitational

Columbia, SC - Brandon Wai '07 of the Yale men's tennis team started play on Friday in the USC Fall Invitational. Wai, fresh from outstanding showings at the UVA Fall Invitational and the ECAC Invitational, was pitted against Will Shaw of North Carolina State University in the "A-1" flight. Wai, who is seeded No. 3 in the tournament, easily won the match in straight sets, 6-4, 6-1.

Wai advances to compete against Scott Robertson of Jackson State on Sat., Oct. 15, at 10:30 am.
