2011-2012: Season limited due to injuries…Fourth in 1500-meter run at Yale Springtime Invitational…12^th in the 3000-meter run at the Harvard-Yale dual meet.

2010-2011: Sat out outdoor and indoor seasons due to injury … Competed at Heps during cross country season.  

2009-2010: Scored in the 3000m run at indoor Heps, ending on a season best … Competed in the 5000m run at outdoor Heps … In cross country, finished as Yale’s number three runner at NCAA Regionals and number five runner at Heps after coming back from illness in July.

2008-2009: Finished as runner-up at the Harvard dual meet in the 5000m, running a PR of 14:47.02…Ran 3000m PR at Harvard-Yale-Princeton…Was Yale’s No. 2 finisher at the IC4A Championships in 26:00, making him the fifth-fastest Yale freshman ever in Van Cortlandt Park.

High School: Ran for one of the nation’s best cross country teams at the Germantown Friends School.
