Men's Track Competes at Husky Winter Carnival

Kevin Alexander posted a first and second place finish and the Bulldogs went first through third in the 1000 meter run as the Bulldogs competed at the Husky Winter Carnival at Northeastern University.

Alexander won the 2000 meter dash with a time of 22.30, while coming in second in the 400 meter dash with a time of 49.23.

In the 1000 meter run, Yale swept the first three places. Reed Mauser came across the line first in a time of 2:30.70, followed by Mark Falco (2:31.54) and Taylor Matthews (2:33.03).

Other top finishes for Yale came in the 800 meter run, where Chris Smitson earned first with a time of 1:55.93, the 55 meter dash, with Victor Cheng winning in 6;47, and the triple jump, where Jihad Beauchman earned a distance of 14.74.
