2016-2017: Began senior season at Fordham, followed by Harvard/Yale/Princeton, where he set a personal best of more than 20 seconds… Raced at New England Championships Invite… Set a 16-second personal best to finish in the team’s top seven at his final collegiate cross country race, the CCSU Mini Meet.

2015-2016: Raced at the New England Championships, where he set an 8k personal best... Set another personal best, in the 5k at the CCSU Mini Meet, where he placed 58th... Won 1,000-meter run at Yale Season Opener… Competed again in both 1,000-meter run and 4x400-meter relay at Valentine Invite… Competed at IC4A Indoor Championships in 4x800-meter relay, placing 12th… Ran season-best 800-meter time at Yale Springtime Invite… Finished season by running a leg of 4x800-meter relay at IC4A Championships, placing ninth.

2014-2015: Raced in the 1,000-meter run at the Terrier Classic... Placed 14th in the 1,000-meter run at the Indoor Ivy League Championships... Raced primarily in the 800-meter run during the outdoor season... Placed eighth in the 800-meter run at Harvard/Yale... Set 1,500-meter run personal best at the Mark Young Invite.
