With 111 points, the men's cross country team ran to a fourth place finish at the NCAA Regionals, held in Boston's Franklin Park. Lucas Meyer qualified for the NCAA Championships by virtue of his third place individual finish.

Yale finished behind first place Iona (58 points), second place Providence College (73 points) and third place Brown (94 points).

Meyer will travel to next week's NCAA Championships after his finish, which put him third individually and sixth overall.

Following Meyer in the standings were his Eli teammates Casey Moriarty, who finished 14th, and David Napper, who came in 18th overall. Josh Yelsey and Patrick Dancer finished 27th and 47th, respectively.

The NCAA Championships will be held in Cedar Falls, Iowa on November 24.
