Racing Under Way At Henley Women's Regatta

HENLEY, England - The Yale B four boat won a pair of races to reach the semifinal of the Frank Harry Cup at the Henley Women's Regatta. The Bulldogs opened the day by defeating the Auriol Kensington Rowing Club by four lengths and then edged the Marlow Rowing Club by three-quarters of a length.

Yale will meet the Agecroft Rowing Club in one semifinal on Sunday. Nottingham University, which edged Yale's A boat by two lengths in the first round, and Osiris BC will race in the other semifinal.

Yale's varsity eight races the Vesta Rowing Club in the final of the Elite 8+ Sports Council Cup on Sunday.

Also on Sunday, Yale's four without coxswain will race Nottingham BC in the semifinals of the Avril Vellacott Cup.
