BELLESVILLE, M.D. - The Yale women's golf team sits in second-place at the Hoya Invitational after 36 holes Monday. With a combined score of 627, the Bulldogs are just four behind leaders Southeastern Nova University, but nine full strokes ahead of third-place Princeton. Freshman Sun Gyoung Park and senior Harriet Owers-Bradley led the way for Yale, both shooting a two-round score of 155 (+11).

Freshman Seo Hee Moon heads to Tuesday's action tied for ninth at +13, while captain Alyssa Roland sits tied for 17th at +16. Sophomore Joy Kim is just three strokes behind Roland, tied for 28th. After a tough first round, junior Lily Boettcher - competing as an individual - turned in a strong second round on the par-72 Members Club course.

With players like Sun, Owers-Bradley, and Moon all within shouting distance of the top individual spot, and with last week's hero Joy Kim rounding out the top five with last year's Ivy League Champion Alyssa Roland, it's safe to say the Bulldogs certainly have the potential to mount a final-round comeback when they tee off tomorrow in Bellesville.
