Difficult Day At Trump National

BEDMINSTER, N.J. — One round into the Apr. 26-28 Ivy League Championship at Trump National Golf Club, the Yale women's golf team sits in fifth place at +29.

It was a difficult day out on the course for golfers in Bedminster, N.J., as they battled to keep their scores low. Harvard leads with 36 holes remaining in the tournament, with the Crimson firing a +16.

Leading the way for the Bulldogs are sophomore Marika Liu and junior Seo Hee Moon, who both shot +5 to sit in a tie for eighth. Two strokes further back is sophomore Shreya Ghei, who closed the day in a tie for 15th.

All the Yale golfers will look to ascend the leaderboard over the weekend in the final two rounds of competition., which wraps up Sunday.
