Yale Takes Seventh in the Nittany Lion Invitational

STATE COLLEGE, Pa.— Junior Jennifer Peng (+1) ended round three on a high note for the Yale women's golf team Sunday, firing three birdies and earning a round three score of 73. Her phenomenal play throughout the three rounds of competition earned her fourth place individually in the Nittany Lion Invitational. Seniors Sandy Wongwaiwate (+7) and Elisabeth Bernabe (+7) played well throughout the two days and both ended round three with a score of 79. 

Junior Jayshree Sarathy (+8) earned a score of 80 and her consistency helped the Bulldogs move up the rankings on the final day of play. 

Freshman Felicia Chang continues to impress, scoring T23 individually and ending round three with a score of 80. 

After three rounds of hard competition, the Bulldogs finished with an overall score of 938, earning them seventh place.
