Six Yale Gymnasts Earn Scholastic All-America Honors

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The National Association of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches/Women has announced that six members of the Yale gymnastics team have achieved Scholastic All-America status. Three current members of the squad, Courtney Fukuda, Margaret Greenberg and Monica Shoji, as well as recent graduates Alina Liao ‘09, Sarah Hughes ’09 and Lauren Tatsuno ‘09, earned the distinction by maintaining a grade-point average of 3.50 or above for the 2008-09 academic year.
