As a freshman, Lindsay Andsager emerged as one of the Bulldogs’ top performers on the uneven parallel bars, averaging a 9.500 while competing in every meet. She was named ECAC Specialist of the Week after the second meet of her career, when she scored a 9.675 on the bars at Penn State. Her season’s high point, though, came at the ECAC Championship, where Andsager posted a career-high 9.725 on the bars, finishing third.

As a high schooler, Andsager was a level nine national qualifier in 2007, placing third in the bars and eighth in the all-around. She was a level 10 state and regional qualifier in 2008 and 2009, placing third at state in bars in both years. She also placed third in bars at regionals in 2009. Her team, Aerial Gymnastics Club placed third at the Midwest Open and IGI Chicago Style Meet in 2009. Andsager is a molecular, cellular and developmental biology major with plans to study medicine.
