Campbell is the captain of the 2007-2008 Yale women's gymnastics team.
During her junior year, Campbell was a beam specialist, competing on the event in eight competitions. At a tri-meet with Towson and Rutgers, she scored a 9.55. At ECACs, she tied her career high score of 9.625.
In the 2005-2006 season, Campbell competed on vault and beam in every meet and floor in the majority of them. At the New England Invitational, her vault score of 9.4 was the second highest on the team. She scored her career highs of 9.625 on both beam and floor at the home meet against URI, where all of her performances contributed to an overall Bulldog victory.
As a freshman, Campbell had an immediate impact to the team, establishing herself as a strong performer across all events. In her first collegiate appearance, against Rhode Island and New Hampshire, Campbell led the Bulldogs on beam and vault, earning 3rd place in the all-around. This netted her ECAC Rookie of the Week honors. Throughout the season, Campbell continued to improve, setting a career high almost every competition.
Campbell joined the Bulldogs from Skyline Gymnastics. In 2003, she was State champion on beam, floor, and all-around. She was also Regional champion on bars and floor, and placed 4th in the all-around at the Level 9 Eastern National Championships. In 2004, she had a successful senior year as a level 10, qualifying to State and Regionals. Campbell graduated from Northside College Prep.
