Hagemann is the 2008 Team Captain. She was named an ICSA Women's All-American Skipper in 2008 for her accomplishments during the 2007-2008 sailing season in women's competition. She placed seventh in B Division at the ICSA Women's National Championship, helping the Bulldogs to a third-place overall result. Member of Davenport College and is a History major.
