Siuda was one of Yale's top defenders throughout her career. As a senior she was limited to 11 games because of injury As a junior she scored Yale's second goal in a 2-0 victory over then-17th-ranked UConn, which helped her earn a spot the SoccerBuzz Elite Team of the Week. She also had an assist against Colgate. Her first career goal came in the victory at Columbia in her sophomore year, and she tallied an assist in the win over Loyola, Ill. Siuda enjoyed an outstanding rookie season. She started all 19 games and often marked an opponent's top scorer. As a senior at Milton High School, Siuda was named team MVP and earned all-county honors. Prior to that she played for three years at Glastonbury High School in Connecticut and was a two-time all-conference selection. She also ran track at Glastonbury and set the school record in the 200 and 300-meter dashes.
