Jessica Schloth Earns TopDrawerSoccer.com Rookie Honor
Named One Of Nation's Top Freshmen
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Jessica Schloth, who has appeared in all 16 games for the Yale women's soccer team, has been named one of the top 100 freshmen in the nation by TopDrawerSoccer.com. Schloth was rated No. 46 in the latest rankings, released on Thursday.
Schoth has started 12 games for the Bulldogs in the midfield and has one assist, which came on the game-winning goal in the upset of Penn State in September. Schloth, a Fairfield, Conn., native, was the Coca Cola, adidas, Gatorade and CJSA Coaches Connecticut Player of the Year as a senior at St. Joseph High School.
Yale closes out its season on Saturday, playing at Brown at 4 p.m.
