Terra Jerpbak had four hits, drove in the tying run in the seventh and earned the win in relief to lead the Bulldogs to a doubleheader split at Wagner on Wednesday.

The Bulldogs won game two 7-5 and dropped the opener 11-3.  Yale is now 7-10 overall.

Annie Tarte had three hits and drove in the go-ahead run in the eighth. Tarte went 3 for 5 with three RBI in the nightcap.

Yale scored three in the seventh to tie the second game and two more in the eighth.  Jerpbak tossed 3 and 2/3 innings of scoreless relief to earn the extra-inning victory.

Tarte singled home the first run of the seventh to start the rally.  Sydney Grobman drove in a run and Jerpbak tied the game with a single to left center.

Grobman had two hits and two RBI in the second game.  She also had a two-run double in game one.

Yale returns to Ivy League play with a three-game series this weekend at Princeton.  The two teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday and a single game on Sunday.
