No. 5 Bulldogs Face No. 10 Brown Saturday

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The No. 5 Yale Bulldogs will travel to Providence, R.I., on Saturday at 12 p.m. to face the No. 10 Brown Bears.

The Bulldogs (8-3, 2-2 Ivy) will look to recover from a 5-4 loss last Saturday on the road against No. 4 Princeton.  The Bears (3-5, 0-3 Ivy) are coming off of back-to-back wins against No. 23 Bowdoin and No. 11 Bates.

Following Yale's loss to Princeton, the Bulldogs fell one spot in the latest CSA poll, from No. 4 to No. 5.  Princeton replaced the Bulldogs at No. 4, moving up from the No. 7 slot.

Yale, which will be favored in this weekend's match, has only two regular-season matches remaining.  Following Saturday's bout, the Bulldogs will return home to the Brady Squash Center for the Feb. 13 season finale against No. 1 Harvard, a match which will be video streamed live via Yale All-Access on yalebulldogs.com.  While the Bulldogs are now out of Ivy League title contention, the team will look to finish the regular season strong before heading into Howe Cup play.

Schedule note: Yale's match vs. Columbia scheduled for Feb. 10 has been cancelled.
