Yale Wins 9-0 Against Columbia to Remain Undefeated

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Sunday, Yale emerged victorious against Columbia, taking all nine matches on the day without losing a single game.

At No. 1, sophomore Millie Tomlinson won her match 11-4, 11-4, 11-2 over Elizabeth Chu, Columbia's highest ranked player at No. 72.

Senior captain Rhetta Nadas won her match 11-5, 11-1, 11-8, playing in the No. 2 spot for the first time this season. 

Sophomore Lilly Fast played at No. 3, freshman Issey Norman-Ross won at No. 4, and senior Aly Kerr was the victor at No. 5. 

At Nos. 6 through 9, four players got their first regular season action of 2012, starting with freshman Anne Harrison at No. 6, older sister and junior Katie Harrison at No. 7, junior Carolyn Brown at No. 8, and senior Catherine Morris at No. 9.

The victory improves the team to 6-0, with a 54-0 record in individual matches.
