Bulldogs Conclude Competition at CSA Individual Championships

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. - The Bulldogs concluded competition at the CSA Individual Championships this past weekend in Williamstown, Mass. Sophomore Logan Greer advanced to the semifinals of the tournament before losing.

Greer advanced to the semifinals with three victories. Seeded No. 4 in the tournament, Greer pulled out a 9-7, 9-3, 7-9, 10-8 win over Christina Matthias in the first round. In the second round, Greer battled back after losing the first game to win the match 6-9, 9-3, 9-3, 9-5 over Katherine O'Donnell.

In the quarterfinals, Greer defeated former CSA Individual Champion Lily Lorentzen of Stanford. Greer won the match over Lorentzen 9-3, 9-4, 9-4.

Greer fell in the semifinals to Trinity's Nour Bahgat, who went on to win the tournament.

The end of the tournament marked the end of Yale's season.
