Yale Rebounds With 9-0 Win Over F & M

Dec. 1, 2007

LANCASTER, PA - Yale rebounded from a tough loss to Penn earlier in the day with a resounding 9-0 win over Franklin & Marshall on Saturday evening in Lancaster, PA. In a thoroughly dominating performance, the Bulldogs ceded just one game to the Diplomats.

No. 1 Miranda Ranieri had the distinction of the only Yale player to drop a game, as she defeated Courtney Mulligan by the score of 9-0, 9-1, 9-0.

But it didn't matter. The rest of the Bulldogs rolled through the Diplomat lineup en route to a convincing win, which evened their season record at 1-1.

Yale returns home on Thursday to play Williams, the Bulldogs' final official match before winter break.
