HYP Day One Women

With three Bulldogs posting first place finishes, the Elis wrapped up the first day of competition at the women's HYPs with some strong standings going into tomorrow.

Paige Harazin was the first place winner in the 200-yard freestyle event, posting a time of 1:49.75 to beat out Princeton's Sarah Fraumann's 1:50.01.

In the 100-yard backstroke, Moira McCloskey swam a 57.03, which won her the event by .45 seconds.

In diving, Melanie Loftus finished first and Liz Foglesong grabbed third as the two posted scores of 251.95 and 246.10 respectively.

The Elis continue racing tomorrow morning.
