Bulldogs Victorious in Singles and Doubles
HANOVER, N.H., and PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Four of the five Bulldogs competing this weekend each picked up wins today at the Big Green Invitational in Hanover, N.H. and the Brown Classic in Providence, R.I.
Yale faced tough competition at Dartmouth, but senior Sherry Li and junior Sunday Swett managed to defeat Purdue's Natalia Davila and Alex Sabe 6-4. In Providence, junior Elizabeth Zordani did not drop a single game in her 6-0, 6-0 wipe-out of Arkansas' Shwetha Prabakar. Sophomore Amy Yang played a much tighter match but pulled through in the tiebreak to win 6-2, 2-6, 10-8 against Arkansas' Agne Cepelyte.

The Bulldogs will return to the courts on Saturday. Yang and Zordani will compete at 9:00 a.m., while Li, Swett and senior Caroline Lynch will resume play at 10:00 a.m.
