2010-2011: In cross country, second team finisher at the Dartmouth Invitational...Scored at HYP... Second Bulldog at Heps. Elected cross country captain for 2011-2012 season.

2009-2010: In outdoor track, competed at the NCAA Championship in the 3,000-meter steeplechase... Ran a personal record 10:27.60 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase to place seventh at outdoor ECACs...Won the 3000m steeplechase at Penn Relays...Sixth at outdoor Heps in 3,000-meter steeplechase... In cross country, first Bulldog finisher at several important meets, including Harvard-Yale, Heps and NCAA Regionals.

2008-2009: Consistently a top-five runner during the cross country season, including at Heps and ECACs…Indoors ran personal best in 3k at BU Terrier Invitational…Outdoors made Yale’s top-10 all-time list in 3k steeple.
