McDonald Places Fourth in ECAC 3,000-Meter Run

Jordan, Wilson Compete in Field Events

NEW HAVEN, Conn.-On the third and final day of the ECAC Championships this Sunday, three Yale women's track and field members represented their school. Overall, the team finished 30th out of 54 entered competitors. 

Freshman Elizabeth McDonald placed the highest of any of her teammates at the meet. She claimed her fourth-place finish in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:58.76.

Sophomore Alisha Jordan took on the triple jump—an event she has excelled in throughout the season. She finished with a mark of 11.59m (38-00.25).

Freshman Karleh Wilson, competing in her second event of the meet, met a distance of 12.85m (42-02.00) in the shot put.
