Elis Shine at Penn Relays

Lindsay Donaldson and Joslyn Woodard each placed first in their events at the Penn Relays, while Molly Lederman and Jihad Beauchman also had strong showings.

Donaldson won the 3000 meter run in a time of 9:30.87, the fastest time by an Ivy Leaguer this spring by nearly six seconds. She was also a part of the Yale distance medley relay team that finished first in a time of 11:46.10.

Woodard won the long jump with a distance of 19-05 1/2 to earn the Eastern title.

In other field events, men's team member Jihad Beauchman earned third in the high jump, achieving a height of 6-08 1/4. Molly Lederman finished fourth in the pole vault with a height of 12-09 1/2.
