Before Yale: Co-captained the Flushing High School team as a senior...As a freshman, helped lead Flushing to its first conference championship in 25 years...Set numerous records, including the school's all-time records for kills (1,179) and digs (815)...Set records with 466 kills and 410 digs during her senior season...Named first team all conference (Big Nine), first team all-region and was an all-state honorable mention pick in 2003...Named Flint Journal Athlete of the Week during her senior year, while she also lettered in basketball and track during her first two years at Flushing.
