2007-2008 - Was No. 2 for the Bulldogs for the first two cross-country races, running a collegiate best of 18:05 for 5K at the Murray Keatinge Invitational, before being sidelined for the rest of the season by a knee injury...Returned to competition at the Giegengack Invite, placing third in the 3K in 9:54...Anchored the DMR which placed 10th at indoor ECACs...2006-2007 - Consistently finished in the team's top five during the cross-country season...was Yale's No. 3 the NCAA Northeast Regional meet...Won the mile indoors against Dartmouth and Columbia...Ran anchor for the distance medley relay at indoor ECACs...Outdoors, ran a new personal best of 11:07 in the steeplechase, and placed 12th at Heps in the event...2005-2006 - Had a solid cross-country season, running in Yale's top three for all but the first race...was Yale's No. 2 runner at the Pre-National meet, finishing with a personal best 6K time of 21:37...2nd fastest freshman at Heps, finishing 21st with a time of 18:07, which ranks 22nd on Yale's all-time list for the Van Cortlandt park 5K...Indoors, won first-ever indoor track race, taking the mile run in 5:08...later, ran a personal best 3K time of 9:53 at the BU Terrier Classic, qualifying for ECACs...struggled with injury during the outdoor season... placed 13th in the Heps steeplechase...High School - Two time runner-up at the Washington 3A State Cross-Country meet with All-State Recognition all four years...3-time competitor at the WA-OR Borderclash meet, placing 12th in 2003...5 top-4 finishes at the State track meet...Cross-Country Captain both junior and senior years...Personal bests of 5:01 for 1600m and 10:58 for 3200m while at Holy Names.
