Seven Yale women's runners placed in the top ten at the Quinnipiac Invitational, giving the Bulldogs first place overall in the 5K meet.
Yale's Susan Chan came in second overall, with a time of 19:11.2, while Katie McKinstry, Ashley Campbell, and Vanessa Everding rounded out the top five. Quinnipiac's Carolyn Robin finished in first place with a time of 18:59.9.
With 20 team points, the Bulldogs led second-place Northeastern by 38 points. Quinnipiac came in third place with 86 points.
McKinstry finished with a time of 19:14.0, while Campbell and Everding came in at 19:27.2 and 19:28.7, respectively.
Although the Bulldogs did not send their top runners to the event, the team's dominance shows the depth of the Eli roster.
Several members of the men's team also competed at Quinnipiac, but Yale did not send enough runners to count and was scored as incomplete.
