Women's Cross Country Earns National Ranking

The Yale women's cross country team earned a spot in the FinishLynx NCAA Division I national poll for Sept. 21, placing 25th with 74 points. The Bulldogs were third among Ivy teams in the poll, trailing only Columbia (10th, 266) and Princeton (14th, 219). Duke was No. 1 with 384 points.

Yale opened its season with a third-place finish at the Fordham Invitational Sept. 10, led by a sixth-place finish from Lindsay Donaldson (18:27). The Bulldogs return to action this weekend at the Quinnipiac Invitational Friday at 4:30 p.m. and at Penn State's Spiked Shoe Invitational Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
