Yale Women's Hockey opened the regular season last weekend by sweeping LIU at home. This week, the Bulldogs (2-0) begin ECAC Hockey play with a road trip to Dartmouth and Harvard. Yale and the Big Green meet at Thompson Arena at 6 p.m. Friday before the Elis skate with the Crimson at Bright Landry Hockey Center on Saturday at 3. Both games air live on ESPN+ and internationally on Stretch Internet.

BULLDOGS
Yale outscored LIU 14-3 combined at home last weekend with big days from forwards Elle Hartje (4-2-6), Charlotte Welch (4-1-5), Claire Dalton (0-6-6), Rebecca Vanstone (3-2-5) and Rebecca Foggia (0-4-4). Hartje earned ECAC Rookie of the Week honors, was listed on NCAA.com's stars of the week and made the conference top plays after the two LIU games. All three netminders saw action but the starts and wins went to Tera Hofmann and Gianna Meloni.

SCOUTING BIG GREEN    
Dartmouth is 0-1 after falling in an exhibition to McGill and then dropping its season opener against Harvard, 7-4. Four different Big Green skaters found the net in the loss to the Crimson.

SCOUTING CRIMSON
Dominique Petrie had two goals and four points and Kristin Della Rovere added three goals in the 7-4 win over Dartmouth last week. Harvard is 1-0 and hosts Brown on Friday before Yale comes to Boston.
