NEW YORK, N.Y. – Yale has taken two of the three editions of Rivalry on Ice at Madison Square Garden, but No. 18 Harvard won the most recent, 7-0 tonight.

The Bulldogs had plenty of chances to find the net but ran into a hot goalie in Mitchell Gibson, who stopped all 27 shots he faced until giving way to a teammate. The Crimson had a 39-31 overall edge in shots.

Yale senior Corbin Kaczperski, who did not get much support in his end from teammates, turned aside 32 shots.

The Bulldogs are back in action next weekend at home with Union and RPI coming to the Whale.
