Bulldogs Host Undefeated Boston College

Yale Seeks To Remain Undefeated in Spring Play

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Yale women's tennis team (2-0) will face their toughest task on the young season with Boston College (6-0) visiting Friday afternoon. Play begins at 5 p.m. at the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center.

The Eagles come in having won their first six matches of the spring season, including wins against Dartmouth, Brown and Harvard, each of which came on the road. The recent history of the matchup has also favored BC; the Bulldogs have not beaten the Eagles in a dual match since 2012.

The two teams, though, did face off in non regular season play as recently as the Yale Invitational back in September when the Bulldogs went 11-1 across both singles and doubles.

Yale has opened spring play with impressive victories over St. John's (6-1) and Quinnipiac (7-0).
