BOSTON, Mass. – The No. 6 Yale Men's Squash Team fell to No. 3 Penn 8-1 this afternoon at Harvard in the College Squash Association National Collegiate Men's Team Championships.
The most inspirational match of the day for the Elis came from their only win.
Eric Kim at No. 6 dropped the first two games before winning the next three, including 11-7 in the fifth.
Yale will play in the consolation semifinals at noon on Saturday against Virginia.
Spencer Lovejoy opened the match at No. 1 by winning the first game, but Andrew Douglass came back to win the next three in a 54-minute contest.
