Box Score POTSDAM, N.Y.  – The North Country trip is annually among the toughest ECAC Hockey offers. The Yale Women's Hockey Team picked up two points on its first trip under Mark Bolding, the Susan Cavanagh Head Coach. That came from a win on Friday night, but the Bulldogs ran into a hot goalie and No. 7 Clarkson and fell 2-0 this afternoon at Cheel Arena.
 
The Elis outshot the Knights 32-26 but could beat Clarkson goalie Marie-Pier Coulombe, who helped her team gain a split with Yale in the season series.
 
Gianna Meloni, coming off a shutout at St. Lawrence on Friday, played another solid game with 24 saves. She helped her team to its current, fifth-place position in the conference standings with two more weekends of regular season games remaining.
 
The Bulldogs (14-11-0, 11-7-0), two wins shy of the program record for a season, head back to the Elm City to prepare for their final home regular season weekend and senior day. No. 2 ranked Cornell and Colgate come to Ingalls for 6 p.m. and 3 p.m. games, respectively, that air on ESPN+.
