NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's swimming and diving team will look to close out 2021 with an unblemished record. The Bulldogs, who are 3-0 on the season, face Southern Connecticut on Thursday. The diving portion of the meet will be at Kiphuth Pool at 4 p.m., while the swimming will take place at Southern's Hutchinson Natatorium starting at 4:15 p.m.
Yale last competed on Nov. 19, a dominant 216-84 win at Brown.
Ashley Loomis (500, 1000 freestyle),
Alex Massey (100, 200 butterfly) and
Iszac Henig (50, 100 freestyle) each won two events for the Bulldogs.
Yale also has victories over Columbia and UConn on the young season.
Southern Connecticut's last meet was on Dec. 4 against UConn, a 157-122 loss. The Owls tied WPI on Nov. 12 and finished third at the Fairfield Invitational.
Following Thursday, the Bulldogs won't compete again until Jan. 7-8 against Penn and Dartmouth in Philadelphia.
