Bulldogs trail Princeton, Harvard after first session

NEW HAVEN, Conn. –
The Yale men's swimming and diving team had several strong performances in the opening session of the HYP meet at Kiphuth Pool. The Bulldogs, though, trail Princeton 104.5-81.5 and Harvard 136-50.
 
Action resumes on Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. with diving.
 
For Yale, Noah Millard was second in the 200 freestyle (1:35.09) and third in the 1,650 freestyle (15:15.34). The Bulldogs had two of the top three finishers in the 50 freestyle. Joseph Page was second and Philippe Marcoux placed third. In the 100 breaststroke, Alex Deng finished third. Yale also got a strong finish from its 200 freestyle relay team of Marcoux, Page, Michael Blank and Marcus Hodgson, who finished second.
